Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Special Procedures Technologist with at least 2 years of recent experience for a day shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the Special Procedures unit of a hospital setting
• Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Thirteen-week contract assignment
• No local candidates accepted due to a 50-mile radius requirement
• References must meet state-specific requirements
• Candidates must provide copies of all certifications and state license verification as applicable
• No Canadian Social Security Numbers accepted
• A complete application, skills checklist, and professional references are required for consideration

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in special procedures or related clinical area
• Current certification and state license required if applicable
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
• Must have no employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• At least one professional reference required (two if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
• Must have 6 months of relevant experience within the last 6 months
