Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of MRI specialty experience and proficiency in EPIC charting.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a hospital MRI department
• Patient population and caseload specifics are not provided
• Uses EPIC EMR system; training is provided during orientation or candidates may test out
• Assignments are for 13 weeks with standard scheduling; no blocked scheduling allowed
• Shift hours are not specified
• A 13-week break is required after ending a contract before returning as a traveler
• Request for time off (RTO) must be included at time of consideration and is not added to the end of contracts
• Must be able to work at least 2 major holidays during the assignment
• KRONOS is used for timekeeping
• No local candidates are accepted; candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an MRI Technologist
• Active NV license required if applicable
• AHA certifications are required
• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred but not mandatory due to on-site training
• SSN required for consideration
