Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN with a TX or compact license and 2 years of recent specialty experience for a night shift contract.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a hospital Med/Surg unit
• Night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Standard contract for 36 hours per week
• Patient care is provided within the Med/Surg department
• No restrictions on local candidate submissions as local and travel rates are the same
• Returning travelers or employees with recent Tenet Health employment are not eligible
• Detailed references and required documents must be on file for contract consideration

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience
• Current BLS and CPI certification required
• Date of birth, Social Security number (full or last 4 digits), and driver's license required for consideration
• Must not have been employed by Tenet Health within the past 12 months
