Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least two years of specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Med/Surg unit with a patient population appropriate to the specialty
• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:30
• Contract length is 13 weeks
• Standard 36-hour work weeks
• No current employees of Tenet Health or those employed within the last 12 months may be considered
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
• Position requires compliance with any hospital-specific dress code and unit practices

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience
• Current BLS and CPI certifications required
• Social Security number and driver's license are required for consideration
• Date of birth is required for consideration
• At least two professional references required
