Description

Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a full-time ASU/PACU position in Maine requiring at least 2 years of ASU, PACU, or Critical Care experience and an active ME or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU) and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) settings
Day shifts consisting of four 9-hour shifts per week
Includes a weekend call rotation
Full-time 13-week contract assignment
Provide nursing care to patients in pre-op and post-anesthesia recovery phases
Participate in a weekend call rotation as part of shift requirements

Requirements

Active ME or compact state RN license
Minimum 2 years of experience in ASU, PACU, or Critical Care setting
Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
