Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract in a Cardiovascular Center with ARRT certification and experience using Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Cardiovascular Center, supporting interventional radiology procedures
• Schedule options include four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) or three 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
• On-call hours are required as part of the schedule
• EPIC charting system is utilized in the unit
• Team members perform specialized cardiovascular interventional radiology procedures
• Scrub attire is required for work in the procedural area
• Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility for full travel pay eligibility; otherwise, a reduced rate applies
• Parking at the facility may incur daily costs and public transportation options are available
• RTO (requested time off) must be submitted in advance and is subject to approval

Requirements

• Active ARRT certification is required
• Active MA license required if applicable; MA conditional licenses are not accepted
• Current AHA BLS certification is required
• No minimum years of experience required
• Proof of MA licensure required; no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• Flu vaccination is required; no exemptions permitted
