Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist with NJ State RT License, ARRT, and BLS for a day shift position requiring Epic charting experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a hospital radiology department
• Day shifts Monday through Friday with start times varying between 7:30 and 9:30 AM
• May be required to float to nearby sister hospital locations
• Involves use of various imaging equipment for diagnostic procedures
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Responsibilities include performing diagnostic imaging procedures, monitoring equipment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort
• May be required to revise procedures based on patient needs and collaborate in coordinating daily imaging workflow
• No local candidates within a 50 mile radius are eligible
• Assignments may last up to one calendar year, after which a 30-60 day break is required before returning
• Traveler may be asked to float to other sites as needed

Requirements

• Active New Jersey State Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable
• Current ARRT and BLS certifications required
• Graduate of an accredited radiography school
• Experience with Epic charting system is required
