Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation setting, requiring at least one year of experience and an active license if applicable.

Details

Outpatient rehabilitation therapy setting
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Position is for a 13-week assignment
Collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
Active Illinois PT license or temporary work permit required if applicable
At least 1 year of hospital or outpatient experience preferred
Ability to evaluate, plan, and adjust individualized patient treatment plans

Additional Information

Primary responsibilities include direct patient care, functional evaluations, and ongoing reassessment of patient needs
Responsible for delegating and supervising specific treatments to PTAs and support staff
Required to maintain updated documentation, prescriptions, and signatures as per practice standards
No COVID-19 vaccination required for this role
Business casual attire or as required by department policy
