Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN with an active TX or compact license and at least 2 years of specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a Med/Surg unit on the 2nd floor of a hospital
• Day shift schedule from 06:45 to 17:00
• Contract length ranges from 10 to 13 weeks
• Standard full-time hours are expected each week
• No current Tenet Health employees may be considered
• Cannot have been employed by Tenet Health within the last 12 months
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates

Requirements

• Active TX or compact state RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Current BLS and CPI certifications required
• Social Security number (full SSN preferred, last 4 acceptable) required for consideration
• Driver’s license and date of birth required for consideration
