Job Description

American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with at least one year of experience for an 8-hour day shift in skilled nursing facility settings.

Responsibilities

  • Work across skilled nursing facility environments
  • Split assignments between two nearby locations
  • 8-hour day shifts
  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in skilled nursing patients
  • Engage with interdisciplinary teams across multiple settings
  • Candidates must provide a current resume, skills checklist, certification, license verification, and reference for consideration

Requirements

  • Active state SLP license required if applicable
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Current certifications from AHA or Red Cross
  • Completed skills checklist for specialty within the last 12 months
  • At least one professional reference required
