Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position in a critical access hospital with a requirement of 3-5 years of ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a 25-bed Critical Access hospital
• Night shift schedule with every other weekend required
• 72 hours bi-weekly contract (36 hours per week)
• Must attend department quarterly education sessions
• Expected to provide care for patients presenting with a variety of emergency conditions
• Participation in ongoing education and departmental training is mandatory
• First time travelers may be considered

Requirements

• Active VT or Compact RN license required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of emergency room nursing experience
• Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS/BCLS, and TNCC
