Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient ortho experience for a day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in an outpatient orthopedic therapy setting
• Patient population consists of general outpatient ortho cases
• Expected to see 12-14 patients per day with a productivity target of 60 visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• Day shifts are 8 hours each
• May float to neighboring clinics as needed
• Opportunity to work as part of a travel team within the clinic or at neighboring locations
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Overtime must be approved by the director before being worked
• Internal candidates living within 50 miles are subject to local pay rates

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• Outpatient experience is preferred
• New graduates are not considered for this position
• PTA candidates will not be accepted
• Must be able to manage a fast-paced caseload with double-booked follow-ups
