Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a day shift long-term care position in Colorado requiring an active CO or compact RN license and at least three years of LTC or SNF experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting
- Day shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- 13-week assignment
- Patient population consists of senior residents in a skilled care environment
- Supervise and assist with nursing activities to maintain the highest quality of care for residents
- Team structure includes collaboration with facility staff to coordinate resident care
- Travelers should be prepared for rural area living and working conditions
- The facility reserves the right to refuse or terminate assignments for cause at their discretion
Requirements
- Active CO or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 3 years of long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience
- Current BLS/BCLS certification
- Must pass a Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) background check
- Reliable personal transportation required due to lack of local public transit
