Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cath Lab Angio Holding RN for a hospital position in Hawaii requiring a current HI RN license and pre/post procedural experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital-based Angio Holding unit, serving pre and post procedural cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiology patients
Day shift from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 3 days per week
Unit has 7 bays and is staffed with 3-4 RNs per shift
Uses Epic for EMR documentation
Involves care for patients before and after diagnostic and interventional procedures
Must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to assignment start
Expected to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start to attend pre-assignment health screening
Responsible for pre and post procedural care and monitoring of patients
Team-based environment with 3-4 RNs per shift

Requirements

Active HI RN license required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a pre/post procedural area
Experience with cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiology procedures
