Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a post-acute home health assignment.

Responsibilities

Work in a post-acute home health setting
Assignment is 13 weeks, with potential for extension
Day shifts with flexible scheduling: Monday through Friday, Sunday through Thursday, or Tuesday through Saturday
Shift length is typically 8 hours, with schedule varying based on caseload
No weekend or holiday coverage required
No call or call back responsibilities
Uses an EMR system not specifically listed
Main duties involve providing physical therapy services to patients in homes within the post-acute setting
