Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with a current or in-process CA license and strong documentation skills for a skilled nursing facility in Monterey County.

Responsibilities

• Work in a skilled nursing facility with possible float to a nearby sister facility
• Flex schedule available: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
• Position focuses on rehabilitation therapy for diverse patient needs
• Documentation completed using Net Health EMR system
• Conduct patient evaluations and provide individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team
• Position offers mentorship for new graduates
• May be required to float to a sister facility within walking distance

Requirements

• Active CA OT license or eligibility under the 60-Day Rule (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS or BCLS certification required
• SNF experience preferred but new graduates will be considered
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible and collaborative approach
