Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology RN for an Infusion role requiring chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification and a WI or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in an oncology infusion clinic setting
• Administer care to patients receiving chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments
• Schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week from 8am to 6:30pm
• May include variable shifts, weekends, and holiday coverage
• May require floating to other units based on clinical competency and department needs
• Deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive, holistic nursing care to oncology patients
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care
• Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance activities
• Support and contribute to a positive work environment and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy (ONS) certification required
• Prior oncology nursing experience preferred
• Must possess strong critical thinking and documentation skills
