Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Hawaii requiring a valid HI RN license and at least 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a hospital setting
• Rotating 12-hour shifts, including consecutive weekends as needed
• May float to Med/Surg unit based on census or staffing needs
• Must be able to work consecutive weekends if needed
• Holiday coverage may be required, with specific pay rules for holidays based on shift start time
• May be required to float to Med/Surg when PCU census is low
• No COVID-19 vaccination requirement specified
• No radius restrictions for local candidates are enforced

Requirements

• Active Hawaii RN license required prior to start
• Minimum of 4 years of RN experience
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS or BCLS, and PALS
• Advanced certifications such as NRP, ATT, CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, NIHSS, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA, APHON, CMA, CCMA, RMA, and C-EFM may be beneficial
