Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a night shift assignment with level 1 trauma and previous travel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
• Night shift hours from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM on a two-week repeating schedule of weekday nights
• No on-call responsibility
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
• Unit is a level 1 trauma center
• Responsible for providing perioperative nursing care in a high-acuity, level 1 trauma setting
• Holiday and weekend shifts are part of the regular scheduling rotation
• Must provide up-to-date resume and documentation of certifications for consideration
• Block scheduling is not offered for this position

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Previous travel RN experience required
• Recent level 1 trauma experience required
• Burn experience preferred
• Strong proficiency and high rating on skills checklist required
• Two supervisory references from the past two years required
