Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a night shift assignment with level 1 trauma and previous travel experience required.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
- Night shift hours from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM on a two-week repeating schedule of weekday nights
- No on-call responsibility
- Weekend and holiday coverage required
- Unit is a level 1 trauma center
- Responsible for providing perioperative nursing care in a high-acuity, level 1 trauma setting
- Holiday and weekend shifts are part of the regular scheduling rotation
- Must provide up-to-date resume and documentation of certifications for consideration
- Block scheduling is not offered for this position
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Previous travel RN experience required
- Recent level 1 trauma experience required
- Burn experience preferred
- Strong proficiency and high rating on skills checklist required
- Two supervisory references from the past two years required
