Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a travel ICU position requiring a WY or compact license and two years of recent ICU experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the adult ICU/CCU unit of a hospital setting
- Day shift position with hours from 07:00 to 19:00
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- Patient population consists of adult critical care cases
- Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate
- Electronic clock-in/out is required for timekeeping
- Full US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
- All staff must be resigned in the HealthTrust HR system before starting a travel assignment
Requirements
- Active WY or compact RN license required at the time of consideration
- Minimum two years of recent ICU experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (RCIS and RQI certifications not accepted)
- No certification may expire within the first 30 days of assignment
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Candidate cannot be working as a permanent employee for this health system while on assignment
