Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with an active KY or compact license and at least two years of recent OR experience.

Responsibilities

Position is in a hospital Operating Room setting
Shift is 10:30am to 11:00pm
13-week contract assignment
No local travelers accepted per 50-mile radius rule
CPI training is mandatory for all RNs and may be completed on site
Proof of US Social Security Number required (no Canadian SSN accepted)
Candidates must not have any license issues or disciplinary actions
Holiday and weekend coverage may be required according to unit needs

Requirements

Active KY or compact RN license required
Minimum of two years recent Operating Room RN experience required
Current AHA certifications including BLS and ACLS that do not expire during contract
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required prior to start
CPI training required and can be completed onsite
Must provide explanation for any work history gaps of three months or more
Fully vaccinated for influenza and COVID-19
