Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an ARRT-certified Radiology Technologist with pediatric and Level 1 trauma experience for a day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a pediatric radiology department
• Requires handling X-ray imaging for a pediatric patient population
• Day shift schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• No on-call required
• Assignment is 13 weeks in length
• Strict 100-mile radius rule applies for candidates
• Cerner EMR experience is preferred
• Must provide a copy of driver’s license for consideration
• Must be willing to work up to 2 major holidays if they fall during the assignment
• Returning employees must have a minimum one-year break before returning
• Planned time off (RTO) must be submitted with initial application; late RTO requests will not be considered
• Cerner EMR experience is preferred
• No local candidates will be considered due to radius rule

Requirements

• Current ARRT certification is required
• Must have at least 2 years of X-ray experience with travel or 3 years of current X-ray experience without travel
• Prior pediatric radiology experience is required
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma environment is mandatory
• At least one completed travel assignment is required; first-time travelers are not accepted
• License required if applicable
