Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU/Recovery position in an outpatient surgery setting, requiring a GA or compact RN license and a minimum of two years' specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in an outpatient surgery center in the Recovery (PACU) unit
- Patient population includes post-surgical recovery cases
- 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday
- 13-week contract assignment
- No on-call responsibilities required
- RTO must be requested at the time of application and cannot be changed after offer
- Applicants must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Returning perm staff must have a two-year break before being considered as travelers
- First-time travelers will be considered
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent PACU or recovery experience required
- Current BLS certification required
