Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an X-Ray Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, BLS (AHA), ARRT, and Virginia licensure for a weekday hospital-based role.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting covering ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas
• Monday through Friday schedule with 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts
• Requires flexibility to cover at least one or two twelve-hour call shifts per month
• On-call expectation includes a one-hour response time
• Epic (Radiant) EMR and Visage PACS are used; experience preferred
• Equipment used includes Fuji and Phillips X-ray systems
• Three-day floor orientation provided at the start of the assignment
• Position requires black scrubs, with OR scrubs provided if assigned
• Holiday coverage may be integrated into the schedule

Requirements

• BLS certification (AHA required)
• ARRT certification required
• Valid Virginia radiologic technologist license required for consideration
• Minimum of 2 years X-ray technologist experience required
• Experience working with Epic and Visage PACS preferred
• License required if applicable
