Description
American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 18 months of experience and current ARRT and BLS certification.
Details
- Work in an interventional radiology unit specializing in liver center procedures, Y-90, MAAS, AVS, DEBS, PTC, and drain placements
- Day shifts consisting of 4x10 hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- On-call required one day a week from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Uses Siemens equipment and Cerner EMR, with Cerner charting experience required
- Allied positions, including this role, accept local candidates
- Travelers may float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months to 2 years recent interventional radiology experience required
- Current ARRT and BLS certification required, with AHA or RQI accepted
- Active IN or Compact state license required if applicable
- Experience with PACS and C-Arm highly preferred
- Charting experience with Cerner required
- Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE-accredited university is required
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
- Up to 5 days of requested time off can be auto-approved
- Perm or PRN staff must be separated for at least 12 months before returning as a traveler
- All team members are expected to make up called-in shifts as outlined by contract type
