Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN with Cerner proficiency and travel nursing experience for a night shift contract.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Emergency Department
• Three 12-hour night shifts per week (18:45 – 07:15)
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week assignment
• No block scheduling allowed
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• Orientation is held on Tuesdays
• Must work every other weekend as scheduled
• Must provide two references for consideration

Requirements

• Active MO or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an ER RN required
• Prior travel assignment experience required
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC (all must be AHA issued and current)
• CPI certification required beginning January 2026
• Must pass an EKG exam with at least 80% on orientation day
• EKG continuing education unit (CEU) required
• Cerner EMR experience is mandatory
• No first-time travelers will be considered
