Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position requiring MA licensure and Level I trauma experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital Emergency Department with an acute care and Level I trauma patient population
- Night shift schedule from 20:00 to 08:00, every other weekend required
- 13-week travel assignment
- Uses EPIC charting system; experience preferred
- Travelers may be required to float within the hospital as needed
- No validated parking available; public parking options require a daily fee
- Must provide proof of MA RN license at the time of consideration
- Permanent residence must be at least 60 miles from the hospital for standard travel rates
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required; no conditional or pending licenses accepted
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department and Level I trauma experience
- Certifications must be American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Primary source verification of license and certifications required before consideration
- Current flu vaccine required with no exemptions allowed
