Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a current MA RN license and recent OR travel experience.

Responsibilities

Position is in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
Day shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week
Call required two times per month and one weekend every sixth weekend
No routine on-call outside designated call rotations
50-mile radius rule applies for travel pay eligibility; local travelers considered at a different rate
Must be able to perform all duties of an OR RN in a fast-paced perioperative environment
No guaranteed hours beyond contracted schedule
Scrub dress code applies in the OR setting

Requirements

Active MA RN license required for consideration
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Minimum of three years of recent Operating Room RN experience required
Prior travel nursing experience is required
