Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract working overnight shifts Monday through Wednesday at an HCA-affiliated acute care hospital in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
- MRI department in an acute care hospital setting in Austin, TX
- 3x12 hour overnight shifts, Monday through Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- One professional reference is required; candidates from Florida or Missouri must provide two references
- This position is not open to local candidates — no exceptions
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
- Active and applicable state license required if applicable
- BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
