Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CVOR RN Scrub with vascular and cardiac experience and an active NY RN license for a cardiac surgery setting.

Responsibilities

Work in the Cardiac Surgery unit of a hospital
Serving adult cardiovascular and vascular surgical patients
4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, typically starting setup at 6:30 am
On-call required 8-10 shifts per month from 4:00 pm to 7:00 am
Participate in surgical procedures as a scrub RN focused on cardiac and vascular cases
Orientation provided at the start of the assignment
COVID vaccination required
References required for consideration

Requirements

Active NY RN license required
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Prior experience as a CVOR scrub nurse with both vascular and cardiac procedures required
