Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry night shift position, requiring a ME or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a hospital environment as part of the Nursing Float team
• Night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15
• Role includes Med/Surg Telemetry patient care
• Floating between facilities within a 25-mile radius may be required
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Local travelers (living within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility and residing in ME or NH) are not eligible for assignment renewals or extensions
• Travel pairs or groups are not permitted for this assignment
• Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months must disclose this
• No self-advocacy or direct manager contact from prior contracts is allowed

Requirements

• Active ME or compact state RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in a Med/Surg Tele setting
• Current driver’s license is required for consideration
