Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a travel ICU position in Illinois requiring an active IL RN license and recent critical care experience.

Responsibilities

Work in an adult ICU (HAU) unit within a hospital setting
Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Care for critically ill adult patients in a high acuity environment
Responsibilities include providing advanced, high-acuity care to adult patients
Staff are required to clock in and out using the electronic timekeeping system
Holiday and weekend coverage may be required based on unit needs
Proof of resignation in the HealthTrust HR System required for former employees
Standard hospital dress code applies

Requirements

Active IL RN license required
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; RCIS and RQI not accepted
No lapses in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Must provide full US Social Security Number for consideration
Certifications must not expire within 30 days of assignment start
Candidates currently employed in a permanent position at any location are not eligible for travel assignments
Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
