Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with recent home health experience and OASIS proficiency for a day-shift assignment in northern New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Home health and hospice position serving the Lancaster to Pittsburg territory
• Patient population ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Requires frequent driving between patient locations, including winter conditions
• No local candidates accepted; permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility
• Must provide a recent skills checklist and a supervisory reference from the past year
• No more than five days of requested time off will be considered
• All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of consideration
• First-time travelers may be considered, but previous travel highly preferred

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience in home health settings required
• Home health and/or hospice experience required
• OASIS experience required
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• New Hampshire PT license required if applicable
• Must be willing and able to drive in winter weather and have own vehicle
• Experience with patients across pediatric through geriatric age groups
• Previous travel assignment experience highly preferred
