Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of home health experience and a current CA license for a day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a home health setting serving the San Jose, South Bay, and Santa Clara County areas
• Day shift schedule consisting of five 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 13-week assignment in the home health physical therapy unit
• Only one holiday off will be approved during this assignment
• Candidates must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing acceptance
• Previous employees or travelers must have a minimum 1-year break before returning as a traveler
• Applicants must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Requirements

• Active CA Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent home health physical therapy experience required
• Must provide two supervisor references from the past two years
• License required if applicable
