Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a Massachusetts license and strong OR circulate and endoscopy experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the Operating Room with a focus on circulating duties
• Cases include general, orthopedic, neuro, urology, vascular, and bariatric surgeries
• Endoscopy procedures are performed as part of the assignment
• Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR is highly preferred
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
• All time off requests must be made prior to assignment consideration
• No more than 5 days of requested time off are permitted
• Block scheduling or schedule accommodations are not allowed
• Must provide permanent address
• Travelers are responsible for daily commute to the facility

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license in hand
• Minimum of 3 years recent circulating experience in the OR required
• Endoscopy experience required
• Experience in general, ortho, neuro, urology, vascular, and bariatric surgeries required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Operating room circulate skills checklist current within 1 year required
• One supervisory reference from within the past two years required
