Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ER RN for a day shift position requiring every weekend coverage and Epic charting experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Patient ratio is 1:6
• Schedule consists of 12-hour day shifts (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM), every Saturday and Sunday, plus one weekday
• Uses Epic EMR system; prior Epic experience is required
• Every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) is required
• Two professional references required, one of which must be from a Nurse Manager or higher
• Holiday coverage required as scheduled
• Must not have any prior issues on nursing license
• Candidates must live at least 200 miles from the facility to be considered for a travel position

Requirements

• Active MA RN license
• Minimum of 18 months of Emergency Department RN experience
• Must have prior experience using Epic EMR
• Must pass a required EKG test
