Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift assignment, requiring two years of experience and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital-based Med/Surg unit (Medical B)
12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
36 hours per week with every other weekend required
Holiday coverage as needed per unit requirements
No on-call responsibility
Uses Epic EMR system, prior experience required
Role involves delivering comprehensive care to a diverse Med/Surg patient population
Local candidates are considered at the same rate except where facility-specific radius rules apply
Holiday and weekend shifts are part of the rotation
No first-time travelers specified

Requirements

Active MD or compact RN license
At least two years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
BLS certification required
Experience in a facility with 500+ bed count required
Prior Epic experience required
