Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care in a skilled nursing facility setting on a weekday schedule.

Skilled nursing facility environment
Day shifts, Monday through Friday
13-week contract assignment

Requirements

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license required if applicable
BLS certification required
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or similar rehab setting preferred

Additional Information

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating residents with rehabilitative needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care
Professional attire or scrubs may be required per facility policy
