Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience and HCHB EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

Home health setting covering geriatric patient population
Day shifts, 5x8 hours from 8:00 to 17:00
Average of 5-7 patients per day
Assignment covers up to a 60-mile radius from the main office with territory flexibility required
On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
Oasis experience preferred
HCHB EMR experience required
Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
iPad provided for work use
Role involves providing occupational therapy to geriatric patients in their homes
First-time travelers are accepted for this position
Dress code requires scrubs of any color; jeans are not permitted
Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate

Requirements

Current Occupational Therapist license in hand (license required if applicable)
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a similar role
BLS certification required
Proficiency with HCHB EMR system
Flexibility in covering a wide geographic territory
