Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with a minimum of 2 years recent radiology experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work in a radiology department as part of the medical imaging team
• Shift schedule is 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• 13-week travel contract
• Epic EMR experience is required
• No local candidates permitted from specified counties within a 50-mile radius
• Competency testing may be required depending on assignment area
• Candidates may request time off (RTO) during submission
• More than three call-outs in a 13-week contract may result in termination; make-up shifts must be completed within six weeks from the last call-out
• No blocked scheduling allowed
• Travel pairs not permitted for this position
• Candidates may only submit to one position at a time

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the radiology or MRI specialty required
• Active NYS license required if applicable
• Certifications must be from AHA or RQI
• Epic EMR experience required
• No work history gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration
• Medical exemption only for influenza vaccination
