Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist experienced in general X-ray and fluoroscopy for a busy outpatient clinic serving a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient multispecialty clinic setting
• Main Imaging unit with 2 X-ray rooms, 1 fluoroscopy room, and 1 C-arm room
• Patients range from pediatric to geriatric, including family practice, urgent care, orthopedics, podiatry, and spine cases
• Procedures include general X-ray, fluoroscopy, and C-arm imaging
• Uses Epic EMR, GE X-ray equipment, and Change Healthcare PACS system; experience with GE OEC C-arm and Definium or Shimadzu Fluoro preferred
• 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
• No weekends or call required
• Works every other holiday
• First-time travelers will be considered for this assignment
• Must be able to work with a variety of patient types and imaging needs
• Scrub color is any or business casual; camouflage and denim are not allowed

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist
• Current BLS and ARRT certification required
• Washington Radiologic Technologist license required; license required if applicable
• Proficiency in general X-ray, fluoroscopy, and C-arm imaging
• Experience with pediatric through geriatric patient populations
• Experience with Epic EMR and GE equipment is required
