Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience for a day shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

Work in a physical therapy department
Day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Twelve-week contract assignment
No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
Travelers who have worked as permanent staff at a CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible
Requested time off must be less than 1 week
US Social Security Number required; no Canadian SIN accepted

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent physical therapy experience required
Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable
No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of start
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
