Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring Mother/Baby experience and prior travel nursing.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital Labor and Delivery unit
- Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15
- Assignment duration is 13 weeks
- Care for labor, delivery, and mother/baby populations
- Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
- Must be prepared to attend to both laboring patients and postpartum mothers and newborns
- Candidates should expect to work as part of a dedicated Labor and Delivery team
- All required credentials must be current and in hand at time of consideration
Requirements
- Active LA or compact state RN license required
- Minimum of 3 years recent Labor and Delivery RN experience
- Mother/Baby experience required
- Prior travel RN experience required
- Local candidates will not be considered
