Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an 8-week PACU assignment requiring a MA license and over 2 years of PACU experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) of a 73-bed community hospital
• Day shift with 10-hour shifts starting at either 7 am or 10 am
• Includes one weekday call per week and weekend call once every 6-8 weeks with a required 30-minute response time
• No local candidates accepted; must live beyond 50 miles from the facility
• Pass/Fail testing may be required for Tele/ECG and Medication modules
• Must provide documentation for vaccinations as part of consideration
• Must be able to meet a 30-minute response time when on call

Requirements

• Active MA RN license in hand
• Minimum 2 years of recent PACU experience
• COVID-19 vaccine and booster, and flu vaccination required (medical exemptions allowed)
• Must have been separated from employment at Beth Israel Lahey Health facilities for at least 6 months and be in good standing
