Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a day shift position requiring active OH or compact RN licensure and advanced certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital ICU department
• Provide care in a critical care setting for adult patients
• Day shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00am to 7:30pm
• 13-week contract assignment
• ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments are required during orientation and must be passed with an acceptable score
• Qualivis – Lotus system will be used for submitting hours worked
• Assignments at any Cleveland Clinic location may not exceed 18 consecutive months, and a 6-month gap is required between assignments at these locations
• Two professional references are needed for consideration

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration
• Minimum of 18 months recent ICU nursing experience required
• At least 18 months of permanent experience in ICU prior to travel assignments
• AHA certifications in BLS and ACLS required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
