Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position with 2 years of experience and night shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Medical Surgical unit within a hospital setting
• Typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45–07:15)
• Weekend work required every other weekend
• Floating to other Med/Surg units is required
• Open to local candidates
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• All requested time off must be submitted with application
• Block scheduling is not available
• Must float to other Med/Surg units as needed

Requirements

• Active SC or compact RN license required or ability to obtain before starting
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Two professional references must be provided for consideration
