Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist experienced in pediatric imaging and holding an active Florida State Radiography License for a day shift position.

Responsibilities

• Work in a diagnostic radiology department specializing in pediatrics
• Imaging services include pediatric inpatients, outpatients, portable radiography, OR, fluoroscopy, and trauma cases
• Requires use of portable imaging equipment, C-arms, fluoroscopy, and general radiography modalities
• Day shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Primary duties include conducting a full range of diagnostic imaging procedures for pediatric patients across multiple settings including the OR and trauma
• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• Professional and supportive pediatric radiology team environment
• Scrub attire requirements as per department policy

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
• Satisfactory completion of a Radiography program from an AMA-accredited school
• Active Florida State Radiography License (license required if applicable)
• Current ARRT registration
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Pediatric imaging experience required, with experience in a children's hospital preferred
• Experience in a facility with 500+ bed count required
