Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a day-shift Home Health assignment requiring current licensure and recent supervisory references.

Responsibilities

Home Health Occupational Therapist role serving Snohomish County
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Thirteen-week assignment in a community-based setting
Focus on patient assessments, treatments, and home safety evaluations
Responsible for providing therapy and training to patients in their homes
Flexible and independent work environment with collaboration as needed
All time off or schedule requests must be provided at the start of the assignment

Requirements

Current Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
At least two professional references from supervisors within the past two years
Complete seven-year work history with explanations for all gaps
Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and home health documentation
