Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring at least two years of Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology experience, with EPIC and procedural sedation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cath Lab of a hospital setting
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Day shifts consist of 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 to 17:30
• Call required on nights and weekends, with a rotating schedule averaging 9–13 days of call in a six-week period
• Self-scheduling is available
• Uses EPIC EMR system
• Scrubs are provided
• Must participate in call rotation including overnight and weekend hours
• Scrubs are provided to all staff
• Care is provided to adult and geriatric patient populations
• Local candidates within 50 miles receive a different pay rate

Requirements

• Active RN license in MD or compact state
• Minimum of two years Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology experience required
• Procedural sedation experience required
• Current ACLS and BCLS certifications required
• Experience with EPIC EMR required
• Flu vaccine required, no exemptions allowed
• No first-time travelers will be considered
