Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position in a Level 1 Trauma setting with night shift and weekend requirements.

Responsibilities

Position is in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) of a hospital
Works with postoperative patients in a Level 1 Trauma environment
Experience with telemetry monitoring and ventilators required
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:30
1-2 weekends required per 4-week schedule
Provide care for postoperative patients in a high-acuity trauma setting
Holiday coverage and flexible scheduling may be required
Team environment with interdisciplinary collaboration
First time travelers are welcome to apply

Requirements

Active OH or compact RN license required
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
Level 1 Trauma experience required
Experience with telemetry and ventilator equipment required
